  • Army of Darkness RPG

  • Homebrew Materials

    • Custom Qualities & Drawbacks (including revised Vampire & Werewolf templates)

    • Additional content from trusted community sources (ask the Director for copies)

Below is a clear list of what is excluded from each book to avoid confusion:

If you’re unsure about a specific Quality or Ritual, please consult the Director.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer Core Rulebook (Revised)

❌ The following are banned:

  • Slayer

  • Initiative Commando

  • Robot

  • Watcher

Note: Players cannot create standard Slayers or Watchers. Equivalent backgrounds may exist as homebrew options (e.g., Vatican Knight operative).

Angel RPG Core Rulebook

❌ The following are banned:

  • Any Pre-Built Demon Templates

  • Nanjin Adept

Note: Custom Demons are possible via Director consultation.

Angel: Encyclopedia Daemonica

❌ The following are banned:

  • Elemental Aspects

  • Any Pre-Built Demon Templates

Buffy: Slayer’s Handbook

  • Snakefolk

Buffy: The Magic Box

Army of Darkness RPG

  • Tool Man

🩸 Vampire and Werewolf Rules

⚠️ Important:
Vampires and Werewolves in Hallowed do not use the versions printed in any of the sourcebooks.

Instead, they will utilize:

  • Homebrewed Qualities and Drawbacks developed specifically for this setting.

  • Revised mechanics for vulnerabilities, regenerative abilities, and lore.

Players wishing to create characters with supernatural templates (e.g., dhampir, werewolf-blooded) must consult the Director for approved options.

💀 General Note

If you wish to use:

  • A Quality or Drawback from a disallowed source

  • A pre-built template of any supernatural creature

  • Community homebrew materials not yet reviewed

Always consult the Director first.

🧭 Setting Reminder

Hallowed is a grim supernatural horror game with a focus on faith, secrecy, and moral ambiguity.
Content will often explore:

  • Secret societies (Vatican Knights, Red Hood Society)

  • Forbidden rituals

  • The corrupting cost of power

Please build your character concept to fit this tone.

The Vampires and Werewolves of Hallowed

 Vampire 14 point quality +3 str +2 Dex +2 Con 2 levels hard to kill Fast Reaction Time +2 bonus to hearing and smell based perception rolls(+4 with blood) +2 kung fu or getting medieval Reduced damage(Bullets) 2 Innate Magic Regeneration(con per hour) Immortal Can possess any number of levels of the Age quality Aura of Corruption -1 Suffers fire damage from holy water and sunlight.
